IRAN'S NATIONAL CAR ASSEMBLY LINE PRODUCING
An Iranian employee of Iran Khodro Industrial Group works on an assembly line producing Iran's national car, the Samand, in Tehran, Iran on July 10, 2007. The Samand is built based on a French Peugeot chassis. Iran Khodro will make more cars with duel petrol-CNG systems from July 23, 2007, the Iran daily reported. The move is in line with the government's policy of reducing fuel consumption. The Industries Ministry is obliged to convert 30% of cars to bi-fuel under the government's Fourth Development Plan 2005-2010. (UPI Photo/Mohammad Kheirkhah)
