Downtown DC Restaurants Open as Phase One Starts

Harry's Bar and Restaurant is open for business as phase one starts in downtown Washington, DC a few blocks from the White House on Friday, May 29, 2020. The nation's capital is allowing restaurants to serve customers outside only with other restrictions after being closed for more than two month due to Covid-19.
