ZOROASTRIANS PRAY IN IRAN
An Iranian-Zoroastrian Goshtasb Belivan (2nd-R) leads pilgrims in prayer at the fire temple of Pir-e Sabz in the village of Chak Chak near the city of Ardakan in Yazd province 795Km (495 Miles) southeast of Tehran, Iran on June 17, 2007. Each year from June 14-18 many thousands of Zoroastrians from Iran, India and other countries flock to the fire temple of Pir-e Sabz. The pilgrims gather in a small cave like area where a spring flows from the ceiling of rocks. (UPI Photo/Mohammad Kheirkhah)
