Seal Beach Opens Its Beaches on Weekends in California
A parking lot in Seal Beach, California is pictured on Monday, May 25, 2020. Parking lots opened in Seat Beach opened three of their parking lots, but visitors can only park in every other space to ensure physical distancing. City officials this week authorized the city to move into its phase two and three "Beach in Motion" plans, which allow for active-use recreation with similar rules as other Southern California beaches.
